ENThe makeability of food. Traditional dishes no longer consist only local traditional ingredients. Because it is cheaper elsewhere, we sometimes choose to get it from far away. Takomaki means octopus and is the name of my poffertjes pan which I used as base. The blue rounds are dried desserts.

NL De maakbaarheid van voedsel. Traditionele gerechten bestaan niet meer alleen uit lokale ingrediënten. Omdat het elders goedkoper is kiezen we ervoor soms van ver te halen. Takomaki betekent octopus en is de naam van mijn poffertjespan die ik als basis heb gebruikt. De blauwe rondjes zijn gedroogde toetjes.
