EN The social engineering of food. We bend raw materials to our will. Our food is made up of ingredients that come from everywhere. In these photographs, homemade desserts are transformed into a new kind of raw material.

NL De sociale manipulatie van voedsel. We buigen grondstoffen naar onze hand. Ons voedsel bestaat uit ingrediënten die van overal vandaan komen. Op deze foto’s worden zelfgemaakte desserts omgevormd tot een nieuw soort grondstof.
